Ben Filsoof, Founder/CEO
Mr. Ben Filsoof brings over 17 years of high-technology recruiting and on-site strategic staffing consulting experience. Prior to establishing CalTech, Mr. Filsoof served as the Vice President of Infinity Search, a nationwide high-technology recruiting firm.
He was the Director of the Silicon Valley Office of Pencom Systems, Inc., a premier high-technology search and incubation firm. As the Director of Staffing at Discover Brokerage, Mr. Filsoof grew the on-line development team of mostly architects, JAVA developers and database programmers to 150 employees, before it’s acquisition by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
During the same period, Mr. Filsoof—as a manager, led a team of recruiters for all staffing efforts on the West Coast region of Collective Technologies, a Pencom Systems incubated infrastructure services firm.
Additionally, in the years before entering into high-technology recruiting, Mr. Filsoof was the co-founder and managing partner of an international trading company headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium. Mr. Filsoof holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration.
